Code To Share Fan And Group Pages With All Friends

August 24th, 2010

facebook logoAs the proud owner of a Facebook fanpage we are faced with the same challenge everyone else is, how to get more fans. The best way to get some new fans immediately is to invite your current friends to enjoy your new fan page. They do this by liking it. How do you share it with your friends? There is a link to share with friends on the upper left corner of your fan page below the logo. Anyone that is a fan of the page will be able to share the page with their friends. Facebook, like Stumbleupon, has an annoying feature that requires you to physically click on every friend that you want to share your fan or group pages with. This is where our handy dandy script becomes useful!

SEO For Dealership Websites

August 12th, 2010

You may want the correct keyword tool research software, if you’re serious regarding creating cash online. I’m talking about keywords that will land you to the front page of Google. I’m assuming that you are already acquainted with PPC and SEO. All you wish is a few type of keyword tool research software to drive your traffic to your dealer websites. What you actually need to try and do is to have some keywords that build a distinction from the rest of the web marketers. This aspect in narrowing down to a couple keywords to focus on a specific market is named niche marketing. There are many niches out there. The truth is you are not the only one with some keywords. There are more marketers who are thinking of the identical niche as you are. Thus, what makes the distinction? The difference comes in when you sort in not one word but a few words that form a short phrase. What you see in Google, for instance, may be a result of marketers who have already established their presence through the employment of keywords or phrases. That’s where the $64000 competition is, fighting for the proper keywords to focus on a cluster of hungry consumers.

Meta Keywords Hold No SEO Value

May 8th, 2010

meta keyword devaluedThis is probably old news for many webmasters that keep up with SEO news, but I thought I would blog about it as I recently had a discussion with a friend about this. All major search engines claim that the meta keyword field holds little or no value in their search algorithms.

I still see webmasters putting up sites where they are spamming the hell out of the keyword meta tag even now. I love it. This, among many other factors that are readily apparent, tells me that my competition really does very little to keep up with what is happening in the industry.

October 3rd, 2009

Which Content Management System Is Right For Me?

Content Management Systems (CMS) are nothing more than a set of files designed to assist in the creation, storage, and manipulation of website data. Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) are able to handle all types of internet files such as HTML, PHP, Flash, Java, and more.

CMS’s have evolved greatly over the last ten years. With today’s open source (free) content management systems it is possible for someone with limited knowledge of website programming to make a functioning website for their personal or business use.

Integrate wordpress Blog In Joomla Website

August 3rd, 2009

wordpress and joomlaFor many the choice between Joomla! and WordPress comes down to personal knowledge. Many people will be inclined to stick with one or the other when it comes to website design simply because they spent so much time learning and perfecting the software and don’t want to bother to learn the other. Joomla! in particular has a fairly steep learning curve for the novice or part time programmer. For those already well versed in WordPress and simple PHP Joomla! may not take quite as long to get the hang of.
